Convention expense allowance

ArQule will cover the cost of your travel, accommodations, meals, travel to and from the airport, and all incidentals at the hotel from March 13–15.

Cancellation of attendance

If you cancel your flights to the investigator’s meeting after your tickets have been booked, please contact Barbara Mederrick as soon as you become aware of the need to make such a change.

Travel policy

All flights must be booked by the meeting planner. Travel requests will be accepted via web registration, fax or phone.

Flight information

There are direct flights to one of Washington DC’s three local airports from most US and Canadian cities. Non-stop, direct flights will be reserved when available. Please book immediately for flights that best fit your travel preferences.

Registration closes on February 27, 2008. Please register as early as possible!

Flight confirmation

Before departing from your home city, please reconfirm your round-trip flight reservations with your airline as schedules can change. Passengers are advised to check in 2 hours before their flight.

Ground transfers

Please make your own arrangements for transportation to your departure airport as well as for your return home from the airport. ArQule will reimburse you for this expense. Retain all receipts as they should be submitted to ArQule after you return home. While on-site, please visit the information desk for detailed instructions and the necessary paperwork.

Ground Transportation will be provided from Washington/Reagan, Dulles or BWI Airports as well as Union Station to the Westin Arlington Gateway on March 13 and on your return on March 15 or 16. Details will be provided on a confirmation letter to be sent once travel arrangements are made.
