Arqule event registration form [2008]

I worked with Arqule's event planner to develop this registration system for one of their meetings, which was attended by several dozen doctors. As per the client's request, all information went into a mySQL database and the event planner would contact the registrants by phone to complete the registration process.

National Gay and Lesbian Task Force e-newsletter [2006]

The Task Force wanted to let their activists know more about their work so I helped them design and implement this weekly newsletter.

Antigenics

iOffice News content management system

I designed and coded this form to facilitate the publication of news stories to the corporate intranet. Items could also be posted ahead of time—previously, any time-sensitive content, such as a 7 a.m. press release, had to be published in real time. (Form is demo only, not live.)

Executive Operating Committee sitelet

At the request of the Executive Operating Committee, I created a web-based archive of all their meeting minutes and asscociated downloads. (Actual content, due to its sensitive nature, has been replaced.)

Employee bulletin board

I designed and coded "Community bulletin board" for corporate intranet. I have included a demo version; the full version included more categories.

I did virtually all front- and back-end work on this site—including weekly text updates, Perl scripting, and database maintenance—during my tenure at Vertibrae (2000–2003).
